This Lucan city garden was tight for space! After the clients had extended their property to maximise their interior space they had cut down the size of their garden considerably. They wanted to have a small bbq area, a nice place to sit in the sun and to retain the tall bamboo planting that gave them privacy from neighbouring buildings.

I created a complete new boundary within the space to keep the bamboo in place and create a new usable garden. Complete with a bbq bar area, small bespoke shed, feature planting beds and a feature wall that would have a window view to the bamboo which has a great lighting effect at night.

The garden is on complete view from the house and therefore very important. This garden is like an extension of the interior of the home and is a very private calm space to relax in.
